Bentley and Daddy Photoshoot

I wanted to get some pictures of Bentley and Adam together for Adam's first father's day. These are some of the better pictures from their little photoshoot. I'm still trying to get used to our nicer camera and still playing around with how to take good pictures with it. So, I'm still learning. Maybe next years pictures will be better!

After a LOOONG Nap!

I love how Bentley is after he takes a really good nap. He'll sit and stretch and talk and giggle at me. So I thought I would capture some of those moments and take some pictures after his really good nap time after swimming at the pool this week.

Johnny Jumper Time!

Bentley trying out his Johnny Jump for the first time! He's still pretty small for it, but he seemed to enjoy it. He would just suck on the side and move his feet so he would spin around. This was a great thing to have to entertain him while I folded laundry. That isthe wonderful thing about Bentley. He seems like a really easy going kid and he doesn't mind playing on his own.

Car Wash Day

Bentley watched me from the porch as I washed my extremely dirty car. He's good at entertaining himself and letting me do my chores.

First Day Swimming!

Bentley and I went to the neighborhood pool today where Adam's brother and his wife live, and Bentley got in the pool for the first time.  He was gooing and checking out the other kids jumping on the edge into the water. He absolutley loved being in the water! But it really pooped him out! He has been sleeping for over 3 hours now and it doesn't look like he wants to wake up! And he even took a 1 1/2 hour nap before we went there. He is a sleepy little boy!

Father's Day Pictures

I took these pictures of Bentley today while Adam was at work. They are for him for Father's Day, so don't let him know they are on here, but I thought they were too cute not to share while I had some free time (Bentley is napping). I used Adam's really nice camera which I had no idea how to use, so today's photoshoot was just one big experiment to see if I could figure out how to use the thing. So I took probably over 100 pictures, but these were pretty much the only ones that really turned out, but hey, that works. At least I got a couple.

Bentley Laughing

Bentley has kind of started doing a little chuckle lately and it's kind of like a laugh, but yesterday he started doing a real laugh! And this video is of him pretty much laughing for the first time. He is such a happy boy!

So Snuggly

Bentley has a new thing where he likes to snuggle his face into my underarm or in a blanket when he is tired. He also likes to play with his hair while he's going to sleep, too. Doesn't he look so cute an snuggly?!
